Every fit-out we deliver follows the same framework, from design alignment through to handover. It is how we keep major interiors to a typical four-to-five-month programme.

Stage 01

Pre-construction & design alignment

Stage 02

Procurement & material auditing

What happens

Work-package breakdown and bid inquiry: BOQ and technical specifications
Drafting general and special tender conditions
Techno-commercial negotiation for each work package
Local vendor selection from long-standing supplier relationships
Material approvals checked against the client's product and quality preferences

Stage 03

Turnkey on-site execution

Build to programme, with visibility for stakeholders.

What happens

Programme chart, milestones and a detailed schedule
Work breakdown structure and critical path method (CPM) planning
Vendor mobilisation, coordination and interfacing on site
Monitoring of manpower, resources, productivity and escalations
Regular review meetings, quality control and enforcement of specifications

Stage 04

Handover & close-out

Hand over a finished space with its paperwork in order.
